1 /5 Barbara Socarras: I am a regular customer and I enjoy the selection of items but today I was purchasing several items and was denied the bathroom. I happened to be in dire need due to a health condition but very rudely was told it’s out of service!!! I proceeded to ask where do they go to the bathroom and they couldn’t answer. Paying customers should not be subjected to this kind of treatment. I go to the register and there was 1 cashier and a line of 6 people, I asked the cashier if she could ask for help but she said she was the only one. Then another employee that was talking with security offered to help. I understand it’s DD’s and not a brand store but I think customer service has a lot of room for improvement.
