5 /5 Stacy Kay Sprowl: I have not shopped at this store yet but, have purchased products online. I did not have to break in my new hiking shoes & I had foot surgery that ruined it for me to wear certain shoes/clothing. Thrilled to discover how awesome this brand is. Looking forward to buying some sale items for Xmas. Shop, support, buy local!

1 /5 Katie DeFea: Rude store manager who refuses to apologize. I was buying a few items and, while waiting to pay, I was looking at the display of water bottles that line the side of the check out line. When the cashier said “next customer” I went to the counter and a burly man in a plaid shirt (the manager) scolded me “ma’am these people were ahead of you” pointing to the people in line behind me who were not looking at water bottles. I was surprised to be accused of barging in front of people and both insulted and embarrassed. I explained that I was first in line and he ARGUED with me. I went to the back of the line and then approached him later explaining it was rude to scold a customer and assume they were doing something wrong and he argued again in a really condescending tone telling me he said “only two words to me” which is irrelevant and untrue. He didn’t apologize. I told him he was rude. I hope he gets a reprimand. I will not shop there again. What a terrible manager. What a rude person.
