5 /5 Coach Nico: Emily did a great job being assiting with me and making sure I got the best products, quality service, and made sure I brought the right hats for my needs. She also did a great job with the custom embroidery. She exemplifies everything that defines great customer service. Ill come back to Lids in Tulare just to see her again. Thanks Emily and a special thanks to here hiring/training manager.

2 /5 israel champion: Return policy sucks I couldnt return a hat a week later cause I had taken the stickers off. I only wanted to switch it out for a smaller size. On top of that, some heavy set lady was a jerk. Poor customer service from her. The other employees were nice. Now Im stuck with a hat that doesnt fit me. I wish the return policy would be a little more lenient since it was only a week after.

1 /5 J HAM: Terrible customer service. We werent greeted like other people were. We were ignored when leaving. The cashier looked at us and didnt say a word. She was a bigger heavy set lady. I saw a hat I liked but I didnt want to bother her with my business. Definitely wont return.

1 /5 vida cruz: I waited outside in the cold and when I was let in I was greeted by a rude lady with glasses. I asked her a question and she was no help, on top of that she had a ton of attitude for no reason. She was also screaming at other customers. This was on November 20th around 7:40pm. This happened to be my first time in this store and I won’t be returning. Very bad atmosphere.
