5 /5 Victoria Cuellar: I have shopped at this location for years and have found many great outfits! I think the Redding location has a better selection than the Chico one. I’ve never traded in clothes here before. All the staff that have helped me have always been super friendly.

1 /5 Chloe Styles: Do not sell here, they claim to take trendy, fashionable clothes that mostly teens wear but they do not. Brought 4 bags of literally all clothes like that worn once and some with tags still on. I wouldnt be seen dead in ugly clothes yet they denied them all. While walking out I really noticed the not nice options of clothes they had and just thought..really? Ive shopped here once and seen clothes with shein labels so it doesnt seem like everything has to be branded. It felt like they took my clothes just to be nice knowing they wouldnt take any. Just warning people to not wash and take the time to bag up clothes to bring here.

1 /5 Trinitty Griswold: Brought in brand new never worn clothes from an amazon prime wardrobe purchase i didnt return in time. About 9-10 pieces of clothing (mostly dresses and all nice & appropriate enough to be work clothing) that costed $25-$35-$40 a piece & i was offered $25 for all of it. Thats $3.12 per item. Photos below of some of the items. Which i did not agree to sell them. Do not take clothing here to sell.

3 /5 Elektra Mathews-Novelli: Nice to have a store like this in Redding. Your average used clothing store. On the smaller side compared to other shops I’ve been to of the same kind. Full racks, stuffed with options. Staff was average when it came to helping. A lot more women’s cloths than men’s.

1 /5 Maliah wilson: I brought in like 15+ pairs of jeans all in good condition and expensive brands like kimes, miss me, wranglers, which go for over $100 and other brands like pacsun, american eagle, hollister which can go for up to $60. They claim to pay you less so they can resell and make other customers happy whatever but giving me $5 for the miss me’s, kimes, and wranglers is CRAZY. I brought all these in to try and get eniugh money back to buy the olivia kimes which are $150 i left the store with $60!!?? RIDICULOUS
