1 /5 Adrian Padilla: Came in today with my girlfriend I was horribly appalled and downright kind of disgusted at the demeanor of the lady with red hair. While I was shopping she belittled the young gentleman who helped me and greeted me upon entering, made him look Uncomfortable he then walked away and she got on her phone then when she was done and looked up, she finally helped me at the register I came back about two hours later and she was on her phone and still didn’t acknowledge me. The young gentleman told me welcome back and I continued in with my girlfriend and my son in a stroller. I do have to add That the young gentleman is very polite And respect his customers if it hadn’t been for him, I probably would not be coming back here

5 /5 Calvin Samuel: Came in looking for an outfit for my daughter asked the girl with tattoos she amazed me with the prices this the second time I come in and she helps me. She’s always a great help

1 /5 Tiffany Bott: Someone needs to hear this. This is not the first or 3rd time I’ve been in this store but the 5th time purchasing an item. I won’t be coming back. Each time it’s the same two people working during the day. They refuse to even acknowledge me at the counter by saying hi. They simply do the purchase and continue on with their banter. If I need to try something on I feel like it’s a burden to them. Please secret shop this location to see for yourself. These two individuals are not meant for customer service.

1 /5 Lucia Mendoza: I visited this location and a few others located in Santa Clarita, Gilroy, and some in San Diego. Kim Formento the district manager is completely rude. Treats people very poorly. Because of the way he treats employee’s and customers I will not be returning. I will be telling others not to shop at this company. Once being a manager myself I watched how he disregarded his employees and treats them while I shopping for my daughter. I was so appalled and had to ask one of the employees if they were okay. Ive never seen such disrespect from a manager. This company need to think about who they are hiring before they pick upper management. I wanted to email HR about what I witnessed but could not find a contact for HR.

1 /5 Jamie Ricks: I went in there today at around 3 and there were no other customers.. retail clerk busy talking to a girl eating pork rinds at the counter. No greeting , no can I help you.. just attitude. I told her condescendingly “great customer service” she tossed the bag at me with an angry look. If I were the owner I would get more involved.
