1 /5 Angelina Zoe: If you like to be treated as a criminal right when you walk into the building this is a place for you. The mood/energy of manager, workers and loss prevention is absolutely miserable. If you are going to have someone stand at the door to “welcome” customers (and let us) in why not give us a smile and make us feel welcome? It was the manager that was on the look out for thieves today and he clearly hates his job and us customers. I understand that theft is a huge issue for stores but there has to be a balance so paying customers aren’t deterred too..or you will have a very empty store. I can honestly say it was one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. Positive note- prices of clothing seemed very competitive with Marshalls and Ross. I will pay a bit more to shop somewhere that I feel welcomed and see friendly faces.

3 /5 Laura Cassell: Fair amount of newer clothing options compared to previous visits. Some locations use a security guard at the front door to manage entry, using a barrier, which customers have to wait to be opened. We are told it is for loss prevention purposes. They have some inventory locked down with cables, including certain purses, which resulted in my choosing not to purchase due to having to summon store personnel to come and unlock and because I could not remove the locked purse to look at it and decide if I liked it or not.

1 /5 Juam Lopez: Ive been listening to Burlington for a long time and I really needed to use the restroom, but they had them closed. If they kicked me out of the restroom, I would have sued them for keeping them open for customers. Ive been a customer for yearsThere are no public restrooms, and weve been customers for years. Many of us are complaining, and we, the long-time customers, are complaining. Its not right that they do this to their customers.

1 /5 Jagjit Brar: Low staff only 1 persons on weekends, over 50+ customers were waiting in line. Shame on management and checkout staff dead slow in their work need to replace them robots.

1 /5 Steven Frances: Low stock everyday. Why is there security when the clothes there is cheap and plastic? Doing too much for a store that has nothing to offer. Don’t bother going.
