5 /5 Aws: I went there today and the customer service was excellent. I haven’t purchased any shoes cause I was surprised by too many beautiful shoes. Love this store, definitely my favorite list shoes to buy from. Highly recommended. Thanks guys.

1 /5 Martha “Maggie” M: This was one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had. The staff didn’t acknowledge me at all—no “hello,” no offer to help, nothing. They just stood behind the counter folding clothes and watching people like we were suspicious instead of customers. It felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. If you’re looking to buy shoes and get treated with respect, I recommend going to Finish Line instead. They actually care about helping customers.

5 /5 Sheldon DeOliveira: First time here, super easy and great customer service. Ricardo helped me pick out the right pair that I needed to get. He told me about what was popular and what was comfortable for running. They had a good selection of shoes too. Definitely will be back.

5 /5 Lopez Family: Always a good experience when me and my family come in to this store. I buy all our shoes from this store in particular nick is always amazing and remembers us everytime. The staff are super friendly and very helpful no matter how crazy my questions are. If I cant remember the type of shoe I am looking for the staff and nick always go above and beyond to help me find the right shoes I am looking for.

1 /5 Matthew Silva: Garbage. Joined a raffle and won, called me an hour before closing to claim my shoes but I was at work so not possible until next morning. They said they would hold it until morning and I went in and they had already sold them. Why host a raffle and not honor winner? Corrupt and unprofessional.
