1 /5 Vintage Lover: DO NOT SHOP HERE. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGERS AND STAFF.
⭐☆☆☆☆ (Zero stars would STILL be too generous.)
I honestly don’t know how this place is still open. From the moment I walked in, it felt like customer service had packed its bags and left the building. The employees looked annoyed that I even existed, and asking a simple question somehow turned into a whole inconvenience instead of helping.
The store was a mess, shelves half-empty, items in the wrong places, and everything looked like it had survived a tornado.
This store is an absolute disaster from top to bottom, and the managers are the root of the problem. I’ve never seen management be this unprofessional, unorganized, and uninterested in doing their jobs. It’s like they decided that “manager” just means standing around, avoiding eye contact, and ignoring every issue in the building.
When I asked for help, the manager acted like I was interrupting their very important task of doing absolutely nothing. Instead of solving the problem, they gave me attitude, shrugged, and basically told me to “figure it out.” If that’s their idea of customer service, I genuinely don’t know how they’re employed.
The store looked chaotic, the staff clearly had no direction, and the overall vibe was “we gave up a long time ago.” Honestly, the managers might be the only people I’ve ever seen who make a situation WORSE just by showing up.
Do yourself a favor and skip this place entirely. The management needs retraining, a reality check, and maybe a whole new career path.
Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else. This place needs a full reset, new management, and maybe an exorcism for good measure.
