5 /5 Michael Quitoriano: Huge shoutout to LUPE!!! She went above and beyond with her customer service today!!! Not only did she help me size my hat correctly, but she was super nice (I ran in at 7:59pm.) Boot Barn has a solid employee with Lupe, I will forever be thankful!!!

4 /5 N G: We went to get work boots (for a man) & possibly look at cowboy boots for a female. Took a little bit to get help, but when we did she finally pointed us in the right area. We found some & spent more then the previous pair by the same brand but what can you do about that. Also please get a better selection of wide boots for ladies please! Besides that the place is nice & clean. Has a restroom for customers.

1 /5 Ryan Munsey: While using the fitting room, my girlfriend notices a camera just above the fitting room door. It is also positioned to be able to view the mirror on the opposite wall to view below the door. Not real sure how they are getting away with this.... I have taken a picture from the outside and a picture of the camera from inside of the fitting room.

5 /5 Christana Medina: Customer service top notch!! I have never owned a pair of boots in my life. Sharon was amazing and helped me with the entire process. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair. I not only needed boots but also an outfit and lets just say she nailed it!!

She had the nerve to tell me laughing sorry I’m not that much of a helped and walked away. I was so upset this was the 3rd time I walked in there and she’s there and she’s not much of a help her name is Stephanie.
