1 /5 Robert Brown: Im updating my previous review from a 5 star to a one star. This store used to be great, and The employees were always very helpful, but not any more. Ive tried on 3 separate occasions to purchase shoes from this store, but each time no one would come back to the shoe department and help. Twice Ive been the only customer in the store and still couldnt get any one to help. Customer service is non existent these days, its sad because it used to be great.

4 /5 Stevie Hooper Jr: Decent prices considering every time I visit the store there are always more employees than customers. Staff is sometimes overwhelming unfortunately. Still one of my favorite places to shop around in. Its all love from me, keep up the great work team Big 5!

5 /5 Elizabeth Medlyn: Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I found exactly the random items I was looking for, including badminton birdies. Prices were great. Great assortment for small store.
