5 /5 Garret Gustason: I’ve had nothing but the best experience at this Banana Republic! The staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every visit enjoyable. A special shoutout to Kohl, who is absolutely amazing at putting outfits together. His keen eye for style and genuine enthusiasm have led me to purchase a few extra pieces I wasn’t even planning on—but no regrets! What I appreciate most is that the team isn’t pushy at all. If they work on commission, you’d never know it because their focus is purely on helping customers, not making a sale. It’s refreshing to shop in an environment where the staff truly cares about making you feel confident in your choices. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for great service and expert styling advice!

1 /5 Cary Stevens: The staff in this store are SO RUDE! For the second time I walked in and the guy working on the window display did not look my way, much less greet me. There were plenty of opportunities for him to do so and for the 10 minutes I was there, NADA. Ditto the woman who came in from the back room. I was so turned off by them and the clothing that I turned around and walked out. Not even a thank you for coming. BR is right across the street from where Ive worked for 25 years and used to be a go-to for me, but no more...

There are so many brands similar to Banana Republic and interactions like this just steered me away from br.
