5 /5 Mp C: Store experience at the Santa Rosa mall was awesome! Hannah went over and beyond with excellent customer service skills. She handled every customer with care and answered all our questions. She assisted me in purchasing the softest most awesome pair of blue jeans. The specific wash and size of another pair was sold out and she helped place the order to have it shipped to my home for free. Love American Eagle and this particular store, their quality cotton and style is truly American and unique. Won’t be the last time shopping with them!

1 /5 Irene Palma: Horrible customer service. The employee with the blonde hair (who might be the manager) seemed like she hates people & her job. She seemed annoyed & in a rush the whole time. Store was a mess & the floors in the store are horrible.

Valera was amazing and really went out of her way to help not only take advantage of the Jean exchange but also found me a second pair of jeans so I could get the bogo deal also.
