1 /5 Tayler Sommers: Came in as an unexperienced buyer and did not have a good experience. Staff dont seem to have much context or descriptions of products and I had a hard time choosing what I wanted with the little information I was given. The arcade was an interesting concept to say the least.... The staff appears to not know what they are doing, specifically, one employee and the assistant manager who helped me. Definitely recommend going to a different store.

2 /5 Merle Rose: I went in and spent over $100 on multiple products. Two of them have worked well and I am satisfied with them, but the third most expensive product was defective. The vibrator which cost more than $50 was missing the battery pack insert. I took the vibrator back to the store for the insert and the lady behind the counter was no help and told me to call the manufacturer. I was not looking for a return or store credit, just for the product I had already purchased to work. This business is very dishonest and I will not be returning.
