4 /5 T Tran: Very nice store to shop in. Friendly and courteous staff. Clean, well kept, and fully stocked.

3 /5 Margaret Gill: Great selection of different sizes and lengths for jeans. Cute tops. Pretty affordable for the most part. The 3 stars is because the whole time I was in the store, the sales women were very loudly complaining about their manager, or whomever is above them. This seems to be more common nowadays, and it’s really unprofessional and uncomfortable. The store was mostly empty so it was very easy to hear them, as they were right at the registers having this conversation. Not a good look.

1 /5 Chris Ariza: Too high of prices for inferior goods. Overpriced designer items you could easily find at Clothing Revival for a quarter of the price, made of materials that dont last. Unruly management whom calls security instead of reasoning with their clients. Take your dollar elsewhere Chico.

5 /5 Marissa N: Staff is very attentive and offer a variety of options to help you find what youre looking for or have it shipped. They are extremely patient while customers pull up coupon or locate account information. Dressing rooms are well attended and clean Chico AE staff are doing a fantastic job with customer service. One of my favorite stores.

5 /5 Samantha Mae Rogers: I visited the store on May 23rd about 6 in the afternoon with my son. We were searching for a nice outfit for his graduation. I just want to say that the team of girls there did an outstanding job with customer service and working together as a team it was just awesome to see and be a part of and my son found a great style of jeans he loves. Honestly i have never seen my son where a pair of Jeans..... so thank you... He looks awesome!
