By 1015 it has still not opened. I saw a girl at the back and asked what time it opened and she said 10, but there was a problem - I couldn’t understand because she was yelling from the back of the store. Another 10 minutes later, I yelled again (had to yell since she was so far) asking what was going on As she did not have the courtesy to come talk to me at the front. Eventually, other people came and were waiting, and she eventually came and explained that there was a problem with the cash register
I understand that problems arise, but she was extremely rude and didn’t even have the courtesy to come talk to me, even though I was standing in the front with a baby for over 20 minutes. When I informed her that it would’ve been kind for her to come talk to me at 10:05 and I could Have left instead of waiting all that time with my baby, she Rolled her eyes and gave me a really rude face. Manager absolutely needs to be talking to this girl how to handle things when an issue arises and how to communicate with people
