5 /5 Jennifer Trujillo: Love this place! Knowledgeable staff, wide variety and quick and easy checkout. Surrounding area is less than desirable (especially at night), luckily they employ a full security staff who make the whole experience feel a lot safer.

5 /5 Bonnie Nomunkhan: Great people and great product! I love coming here. There are few commenters talking about the security and staff members, but I have never had this experience with them. Ive always shared great conversations with them. Theyre serious the first few minutes because its theyre job to be serious until they see you arent a threat. Theyre SECURITY in a somewhat sketchy neighborhood. So, theyre being careful to make sure everyone is safe. And the staff inside are amazing and helpful people. They have never been rude to me. Every time I ask them for their recommendations or start conversation with the staff, they are always reciprocative. The establishment may be in Oakland, but they do not act the way some of the commenters are describing them as. I have never seen them behave this way.
