4 /5 Anne Shuck: This neighborhood park has seen many improvement in the last few years: public art, play areas for kids, basketball court, actual shaded areas. Its much cleaner and more accessible than it used to be - drug addicts and homeless have gone somewhere else, I suppose. Law enforcement has made an effort to make this park safe for kids, so hats off to SacPD. You can even ride your bike through here - slowly of course - without getting shot.
