5 /5 Melissa Bui: Appointments are required these days, no walk ins. I tried calling twice but always got the voicemail - I found it easier in the end to message the owner on Instagram and she responded quickly and got me set up with an appointment with someone the next day.
When I got there (weekday afternoon), the salon was empty, so it was like a nice private haircut with my hairdresser - nice for COVID times where you hope theres less people around!
The salon is nice and clean, and uses high quality products. Ive been coming several times with different hairdressers and have always had a positive experience!
Payment can be done by credit card, and you can tip via Venmo which is convenient given many people dont carry cash anymore.
