5 /5 Tiffany Kellerman: I came in tonight at 7:00 not knowing that they close at that time. I was given VIP treatment and Tonya did a wonderful job on my nails. She was friendly, professional and fast!! I will definitely make the trip from Davis to have my nails done every 2 weeks. I cant say enough about the fact that I was taken in after hours, treated like royalty and the quality of the job was well worth the money spent!! Thanks Tonya and company!!

3 /5 Tiffany Cook: The staff is very nice and accommodating. They answered questions. The relationships they have created with regular customers creates a friendly and relaxing environment. That is one of the main reasons I decided to come back.. Unfortunately, my service wasnt as pleasant. The service felt rushed. The dip powder used on me had various clumps in it and gave me the impression it had been used on many other clients(not sanitary). The finished product looked a little wonky (see images). Dont get me wrong. I have received good service previously on a weekday , but perhapse a holiday weekend is not the best time to come. The staff seemed overwhelmed today and it changed the quality of the service. I recommend coming on a weekday.

Brit Get Fit: So a few minutes after i walk in a younger lady come from the back with an attitude. Told her I need a mani and pedi. She walked up bad vibe to take temp. Im thinking shes going to do it on my head she flicked it twice towards my wrist with a attitude then told me to wash my hands, still bad vibe! I sat down and my pedi was rushed. She had a attitude the whole time. Never said hello, how are you or anything.There was a lady next to me getting a pedi that was clearly there before me and we walked out about the same time. This pose to be my bday pedi and it was ruined. She basically didnt talk the whole time besides ask what color i wanted. She just made hand gestures when to move my feet. And i know she can speak perfect English from all the loud hip hop and r&b she was playing. Decided not to get mani and go somewhere else on my bday at 5pm! Thank you smh

Katie Avina: I’m pretty upset about my experience I need to share it. I went in and asked for a regular acrylic set. One color. Nothing crazy. I haven’t been here for 6 months as I have been recovering from a horrible disease. I finally felt ok and wanted to get my nails done. I spent 2 hours there for the worst most expensive manicure of my life. I needed to use the bathroom and it was filthy with no seat covers. It’s very hot in the building so 2 hours was making me feel horrible. I’ve never had a manicure take that long ever. It cost $70 and every single one is crooked and there are marks in my nails and huge chunks of acrylic underneath. Then I go to pay and they don’t want to accept my cash. I will never be back. Never have I spent $70 on a regular one color set. I’ve even had cool designs done and still not $70. I feel like because I didn’t want my toes or eyelashes or eyebrows done they treated me poorly. If I could give negative stars I would. I just wanted to feel better. Having a debilitating illness is really frustrating already so using all my energy for this experience was such a waste and disheartening. I was so excited to get my nails done and now they just look horrible and I’m out $70.

LaSandra Johnson: This is a good place to get your nails done but only with one person(the main technician Erin i think that’s his name) everyone else has terrible attitudes and the end result is incredibly inconsistent at best. My pedicure is super easy I skip the massage I only want my toes clean and pretty..,, this was not the case today sadly perhaps because my guy was off. They didn’t even want to attempt to do my nails they told me to wait until he’s in after first telling me he was on his way....I spent an hour waiting for him to come but he never showed and then they said he had car trouble.., I’d give them less stars if it weren’t for my previous visits
