1 /5 Brit Get Fit: So a few minutes after i walk in a younger lady come from the back with an attitude. Told her I need a mani and pedi. She walked up bad vibe to take temp. Im thinking shes going to do it on my head she flicked it twice towards my wrist with a attitude then told me to wash my hands, still bad vibe! I sat down and my pedi was rushed. She had a attitude the whole time. Never said hello, how are you or anything.There was a lady next to me getting a pedi that was clearly there before me and we walked out about the same time. This pose to be my bday pedi and it was ruined. She basically didnt talk the whole time besides ask what color i wanted. She just made hand gestures when to move my feet. And i know she can speak perfect English from all the loud hip hop and r&b she was playing. Decided not to get mani and go somewhere else on my bday at 5pm! Thank you smh

5 /5 Marlene Saucedo: Im glad I walked into this nail salon. I was iffy to walk in because I always have bad experience at nail salons.. (rude customer service, they talk about you and other people when you are getting your nails done). But, this place was different so, I walked in and a lady name Cydni said hi and asked what did I need done. She did my nails and she did a great job and I felt comfortable talking to her, we had good conversations . She was nice and she made me feel comfortable and I would personally recommend this place and I will personally go back for their service. Thank you, Cydni and Nail Art & Spa!

4 /5 Choclit Cutey: I loved that the salon was clean, serene, and nice. I just wanted a gel manicure. Everything went well with the manicure except one thing. The lady that provided the service left my nails all different lengths. I thought there would be at least some effort to make sure my nails were the same length and the same shape. This is what makes the manicure look neat.

5 /5 Shelbi Whiteley: Best pedi I’ve ever had!! My feet feel amazing. My mani is to die for too!! Their attention to detail is spot on! We made our follow up appts today because I cannot fathom going anywhere else now.

2 /5 Rin Mumford: The work they do is good, Cindy is fantastic, its very clean and they keep excellent Covid protocols (temperature checks, hand-washing, masking). However, Ive only been getting my nails done here for four or five months and even in that short time, there have been TWO separate incidents where Ive shown up for a scheduled evening appointment only to find them closed early without having called to let me know my appointment was cancelled. So while the services Ive received have been great, Im really frustrated and considering looking for a new place already. Edit: Actually, I showed up at 5:35. I tried the door but it was locked, and the open sign was already turned off. You might have been waiting, but between the locked door and the open sign being turned off, it sure looked like you were closed already, and Im not sure how I was supposed to just know that wasnt the case.
