All the reps are super kind and helpful every time I call in! Update! Just bought my new 4Runner (ask for Jazmin at Toyota Salinas) and this is my second time financing a vehicle with the Credit Union. Lowest rate around and always great service to make everything so simple!!

5 /5 Holly: Ive been a member of the credit union for years, its the best bank Ive ever used. They know customers personally and will go out of their way to help you with loans and finances. They have gotten me incredibly good rates on auto loans and I wont get my loans from any other servicer. Ive never had an issue, nor has anyone of my family members who have all been members for 10+ years. Ive even had better experiences than at Bay Federal which seems to be pretty popular around here. All in all, the best banking institution in watsonville.
