1 /5 Kati Steineman: First and foremost Dr.Bayon is one of the worst doctors Ive ever been seen by. He was about and hour late and ignored half of my requests/concerns. His staff isnt much to rave about either. Front desk person got snarky when I tried to dispute a claim. Front desk mislead me into thinking I needed a follow-up phone call for a lab order that I already had the results for and is now trying to charge me $45 for a 2 minute "telehealth appointment" that was completely unnecessary. Will not be going here again.

1 /5 Linda Young: Terrible service, they dont answer the phone, you have to physically drive there to make an appointment, they check you in, you set for 20 minutes in the waiting room, then you sit for 50 minutes or more in the exam room before the doctor comes in. He barely listens to you and he just writes you a prescription and hopes that you go away. Unbelievable! Why are they opened? I have heard stories from others but I have my own experience.

1 /5 Linney Mallian: I wish they will have someone new in the front desk - either they do not know how to take a message or pass a message. And so argumentative when you ask a simple question in a nice way like "were your phones not working yesterday" - I asked this question when I called and no one picked up - called 5 times on the day in question.

3 /5 Gotrek Gurnisson: Long wait, but very friendly staff. They have drug advertisement kiosk which constantly runs targeted pharmaceutical ads located in the waiting room, which is kind of rediculous and annoying.

3 /5 Catherine Desley: Let me start off by saying, I am confident about the ability of the doctors here. I do feel that they care about their patients. They are the best Ive seen in awhile. One of my family members has had Dr. Bayon, and myself have seen Dr. Yoshisato. They are very passionate and knowledgeable about their work. My complaint is more about the office environment and insurance coverage. As many reviews on the web will note, the wait time for anything here is absurd - its true. Ive also experienced this, having to wait forever on hold (or having my call dropped) to schedule an appointment...and the only availability was several weeks out. I get there, fill out my paperwork, wait to be called into a room, wait more. The receptionist comes in and tells me the doctors are "working on" contracting with the insurance coverage I have. In other words....they dont take it. I say fine, the visit fee is affordable. Get seen by doctor, get a Rx filled for $140 eye drops (which I could probably get a cheap equivalent of at the Dollar Tree, or perhaps Walmart OTC), and go home. Guess what? I looked online, and this has been an insurance problem with doctors everywhere for 2 whole years. Simply put, its *insurance discrimination* against Blue Cross Pathways PPO. aka Covered California aka ObamaCare. Yes, Im lazy - I could go get different insurance - but I also have no reason to, as I have no major medical problems and live a modest lifestyle. I get it, its not an ER - they can take their time - but Ive been coming to this place under the impression of convenience, and I clearly misjudged here.

Celeste Harris: I visited recently, got an appointment by using their "standby" appointment system. The person at the front desk checked in with me from time to time, appraising me of my place in line and probable wait time. Upon entering the exam room I was met with nothing but efficient, competent, and caring medical staff. The in-house lab is especially nice. Upon my request my new doctor even telephoned my daughter later that day to discuss my case. I may be on Medi-Cal, I am low-income at present, but this facility matches any fine clinic I have been to in the past. From start to end my time at this facility was well- spent and pleasant. Thank you.

Christine Marie Gomez: Came to take my fiancé to the ER to see a doctor cause he’s not feeling too great got here at 9:30pm Tuesday evening and now it’s 2:36am Wednesday early morning and he still hasn’t been seen by doctor this is the worse ever normally we are out and in but today nah this is bad!! What the hell! I’d be better off taking him to Kaiser or David grant emergency room!

Alejandra Arguello: The worst clinic in the third world, providers who are not doctors, unethical, lack of knowledge and professionalism, they gave me a bad diagnosis and as a result my dorsal spine is worse, limited range of movement, with chronic pain that does not let me sleep, because the pain is too intense, the provider (she is not a doctor) after she ordered me to do that the pain was terrible and he didnt care at all and he only said in the telephone appointment that he could do any type of work, I explained to him that the back pain was terrible but he didnt give it any importance, he didnt refer me to a spine specialist, Now Im getting worse every day, but not only that, the last time I arrived I told him that my potassium was low, he didnt believe it and I ended up in the Emergency Room the next day, I had to constantly call to find out the results of the exams because they didnt even deign to answer. return calls, they lost exams, please do not go to a clinic where in my case it is not a Doctor who treated me for 6 months, I have tests because several times I was accompanied by another person due to the pain that did not allow me to handle. Very bad experience, I hope they take the correct measures to provide good health to patients and American citizens and patients in general because health is the most important thing to continue having quality of life, being able to work, etc., in my case they destroyed my quality of life for being a provider who is not a doctor and does not have the knowledge to care for a patient with chronic problems of spinal pain, now I have cervical and thoracic stenosis with chronic pain, added to that I had to be calling to They gave me the results of a mammogram because they couldnt find it and I have balls inside that hurt, they lost my heart tests. California is a disaster along with this clinic, I already changed providers, thank God that from the first day he saw my x-rays he detected the problem because he is a real doctor and he did the right thing by referring me to a good spinal column specialist. The North Vallejo Clinic has less than 0 stars. Now I understand why the map turned red in these elections, I am an American citizen and I was treated the worst. Give feedback because California is the biggest disaster that exists in terms of health, quality of life, they say they are so liberal and they are the most racist there are and the worst with American citizens like me who are the ones who can vote for the changes. Before I was in Wisconsin and Florida, these last excellent states, unfortunately I made the worst decision when I moved to California without knowing that here health does not have its due importance.

Erin Free: Excellent care, warm and friendly staff. Skin cancer is an upsetting diagnosis but Dr. Geisse, Kyle Goleno and staff provided excellent care, made sure I was totally comfortable, and followed up after surgery. The surgery site was between my nose and lip so I was admittedly concerned about scaring. My results have been remarkable. Communication was fluid and clear. Best experience.
