5 /5 Jo R: I took my daughter here last night. Walked in, registered and they walked us straight back, took my daughter’s vitals and got us into a room immediately. They were running tests and people were in/out checking on her. They ran every test of her (ecg, hr, blood X-ray, etc). Even with the tests we were put within 1h45min. They did an amazing, attentive, quick job).

1 /5 Sammy Yhung (Yhung.sammy): Came in for a flu at 8am complaining about a 10/10 back pain no help from doctor or nurse stupid test that will take you hours. Was told medication was coming because of pain nurse completely ignored I’ve caught a lot of it on footage and will be taking legal actions. The nurse Risha was nice but not concerned about pain checked in check out back to lobby Complaint I have arrived at 8am when nobody was in lobber other people comes before me still won’t get a room due to them giving it to elders like cmon Having trouble breathing no help could hardly stand no offer for wheel chair I’m so getting contact with this hospital higher ups I been here so many times never been so bad favoring elders before people that can’t breath like that’s insane you are better going to st rose in Hayward they’ll give you meds the most Why have a patient suffer from pain when told I haven’t eaten in 3 days my chest shows my bones they said they will order labels it’s been 2 hours now I been told that I’ve caught most things in the hospital footage of how the doctor checked me the lies they told me why tell me meds are coming and have me wait 2 hours Offering a X-ray on chest for what when I been complaining about my back this hospital needs to be looked at best believe I’ll take legal action!

1 /5 Gabby VaLos Plátanos: Very unpleasant, deserves zero stars. You can get better medical care watching Greys Anatomy. If you own a single bandaid then you can do more for yourself than this sorry excuse for an ER. Visit at your own risk and detriment.

3 /5 Vera Williamson: Went in because there was blood running down my throat. We waited for over 4 hours. Then, finally when i was able to get a bed it took another 3hours to get one test done and talk to doctors/nurses for 20mins total. They were all extremely kind and thoughtful, but it seems like they need some help because there are too many patients and not enough doctors and nurses! If you issue isnt crazy, maybe if you can, urgent care is the way to go since youll only be waiting 2 hours. With all the hospitals in fremont, it always seems like they need more.

1 /5 Erick Reyes: My son was referred here from another hospital for a minor issue. They were supposed to provide a vaccine. Upon arrival, they said the vaccine was not needed. And just kept us waiting for over an hour, with minimal staff interactions in between (asking questions, then coming back later to ask the same). Unsurprisingly, they sent me 2 bills totaling almost 1.8K for what effectively amounts to nothing. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU!!!

Kate Betcher: Everyone here was super nice and kind. The wait was long, not as long as they originally projected, but that made sense to me given it is the middle of cold, flu, and Covid season and a lot of people are sick. While I waited, they let me go grab lunch and come back without losing my place in line. The doctor spent a good amount of time with me checking me out and making sure I understood everything. It’s never fun to go to the urgent care, but this place is clean and has a comfortable waiting area and pleasant staff.

Jonathan Espinoza: This place has the worst service that I have ever experienced in the health care field. Receptionists don’t have a good personality and aren’t welcoming. The people who call you in don’t even introduce themselves, the assistant once I got in the room rushed to get the room ready when I was already in the room. That’s supposed to be done ahead of time. The so called “doctor” was terrible at his job and had missing teeth too. He came in quick didn’t even ask for any prior information on what I had. He just looked at what I had without even touching it. Which in my case you can’t see what I have unless you touch it. He came back and told me what I had supposedly. And all he said was “people get this at age 18-25 years old, but if you want to know more about it just research yourself on your phone.” Like he didn’t even give me a brief description, picture example, or even a printed copy with a short summary of what it is. I would think twice before coming in to this terrible clinic. Wouldn’t recommend one bit. It’s a bit sketch honestly.

Alfredo Jimenez: She is a beautiful human being ... she came to my rescue in the parking lot of her office ... I missed my ride & my cell phone went dead ... she brought a chair from her office for me to sit in & let me use her cell phone to get my ride to come, and then waited until the ride came ... I am 75 yrs. Old With a disability, I was standing there on a crane freezing in the evening with no money for a taxi ... we should have more DOCTORS like that, she cares ... it happen on 6/17/20.

Barry M: I have to admit that they did treat my mother OK when she stayed there in 2021, however, the staff was always arguing with each other and the turnover rate was unbelievable! Just as soon as you got to know a nurse, they were gone. During my mothers 2 month stay there, they had not 1, but two management changes and almost a complete staff turnover. The big trouble started after I checked my mother out and put her in a home health care facility under hospice care. I went in to pay off my mothers final balance and requested that they check again with their home office of the final balance. They called me a day later and told me the final balance, which I went in and paid off for my mother. My mother passed away a few months later and then after about 8 months, I get a bill saying my mother owed more money. I went in and showed my mothers death certificate and told them I was not responsible because the receipt I received said paid in full, and we are not liable for my mothers s debt. My mother only had a small pension to pay her bills and my brothers and I helped her pay for her medical needs, but we are not responsible for these so called new charges. I talked to an ombudsman, who also said we were not responsible for these new charges since my mother had passed, had no money, and that our receipt said paid in full. Its 3 years later and after explaining this situation to at least 2 new finance people, I thought we had it finally resolved, but today I get a phone message from yet another new finance person saying I need to take care of my mothers bill. Unbelievable, Unprofessional, and unorganized! Oh, and when I try to call back the finance persons voicemail is always full and no one answers!

Debbie Shears: Hi my husband had surgery at your center on Tuesday. My husband and I are both retired registered nurses and were very impressed with the treatment I received. From the first contact with Paul the pre op coordinator, to the front desk receptionist and all the way through to the discharge nurse we give you a 5 star review. My husband felt very comfortable with the anesthesiologist even though he looked to be about 20 years old or is it us just getting older LOL. Of course a 5 star for dr Saleh as usual. Ana Lisa Gomez: Took my 13 year old for a physical and the doctor, with no thought or hesitation, told my daughter she is overweight. I do not think telling any teenager they are overweight is okay. Things that could cause self esteem issues/body image issues, should be discussed with the parent away from the child. My daughter is not overweight nor does she look like it, but ever since we left she cant stop repeating what the doctor said. When I told the dr to not say that, she said she didnt have any other words, but she was missing the point; we dont comment on teens looks or body- its obvious.
