Lauren did such a beautiful job and has zero complaints! I got French tip on my toes so crisp and shape was so clean and square.. thank you so much! Got to drink some mimosas while I relaxed, my new home! Customer service was top notch cant wait to go back
Blanca LaBella Day Spa - Roseville Laura Rosing: They are a bit expensive, but its taken me some time to find the right nail technician. The staff has worked there for a long time, so that says something about liking their environment. I get the dip and always come in with various pics to show Jessica what I want. Its intricate and I like designs, not just a simple color applied. Its boutique feeling and you leave feeling pampered. Sally had filled in when I couldnt get Jessica and did a great job too.

V nails & spa - Roseville Megan Rhoads: I immediately felt welcomed and valued as soon as I arrived for my appointment with Jade. She is warm, personable, and very talented and speedy. We chatted comfortably during my pedicure and fill and she was good with the clarifying questions to be sure she gave me exactly what I was looking for. Can’t recommend this place more!

Vernon Nail - Roseville Victoria Hernandez: Firstly, this review doesn’t go out to the owners employees. This goes out to the owner herself. I was skeptical about coming back as a regular customer, because my last appointment. Out of no where her prices went up and she decides to let me know after doing my nails (red flag). Today I called before coming in and asked if there was walk ins and she said yes. I got to the nail shop within 5 mins exact and go inside. Turns out she’s double booked within those 5 minutes. She asks if I can come back or do dip powder. I said I don’t mind dip powder, although I haven’t had dip powder in years. She has one of her other employees do it and I asked how much was a full set with regular polish, both ladies said $35 and the lady that did my nails kept asking if I wanted gel or powder. I finally said “ok powder” I asked how much the additional charges would be. She said $5 so $35 + $5 = $40. I ended up not liking the dip powder color because it was not coral like the polish color. She said she’ll fix it with gel (no additional cost) fast forward to the end and I’m ready to pay for my nails that don’t look worth $40 (pictures will be included) and she tries to say they’re $45 lol I said no and explained everything I was told by the both of them. The owner started getting loud with me, rolls her eyes, and throws her arms out and walks away. I’ve been a client here for 2 years and I’ll never be going back. Highly unprofessional, horrible nail job with bumps and globs (not smooth at all), and horrible customer service towards me.
