Monique Landeros: Always a happy customer when I walk out. Prices are reasonable, Staff is friendly, place is clean & seats are a comfortable massage chair.
Victoria Hernandez: Firstly, this review doesn’t go out to the owners employees. This goes out to the owner herself. I was skeptical about coming back as a regular customer, because my last appointment. Out of no where her prices went up and she decides to let me know after doing my nails (red flag). Today I called before coming in and asked if there was walk ins and she said yes. I got to the nail shop within 5 mins exact and go inside. Turns out she’s double booked within those 5 minutes. She asks if I can come back or do dip powder. I said I don’t mind dip powder, although I haven’t had dip powder in years. She has one of her other employees do it and I asked how much was a full set with regular polish, both ladies said $35 and the lady that did my nails kept asking if I wanted gel or powder. I finally said “ok powder” I asked how much the additional charges would be. She said $5 so $35 + $5 = $40. I ended up not liking the dip powder color because it was not coral like the polish color. She said she’ll fix it with gel (no additional cost) fast forward to the end and I’m ready to pay for my nails that don’t look worth $40 (pictures will be included) and she tries to say they’re $45 lol I said no and explained everything I was told by the both of them. The owner started getting loud with me, rolls her eyes, and throws her arms out and walks away. I’ve been a client here for 2 years and I’ll never be going back. Highly unprofessional, horrible nail job with bumps and globs (not smooth at all), and horrible customer service towards me.
Emily Linstroth: I had a wonderful first experience at awesome nails spa. Their name does not disappoint! I got the acrylic gel fill, and a gel pedicure. They gave me exactly what I wanted! I feel very relaxed and happy with the entire experience. I never once felt rushed or inconvenient being a walk in customer. The ladies were very professional and kind. Will be back again! A little pricy, but you get what you pay for! Definitely worth the extra $$! Very clean and relaxing environment.

Kit Donaldson: Tom is a crack up! So friendly and makes you feel like family when you walk in. Pretty soon, hell greet you by name! I wanted natural looking hel nails and the lovely ladies did this! Love it! The place might seem super small, but cozy :).
