5 /5 May Rom: I had my nails done today at Vivian Spa and Nails for a natural pinkish nude gel manicure with design and I couldnt be happier! The ambiance of the spa is lovely, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Vivian for doing such a great job on my nails! Im truly grateful for the wonderful service and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

1 /5 Shelby: I was disappointed with my pedicure experience. The entire service felt rushed—I was in and out in just 25 minutes. There was no one waiting either, I was the only one there. I got a deluxe pedicure (but also wasn’t offered a service menu) and felt that a large part of getting the nicer pedicure is feeling relaxed and enjoying the massage and process. However it felt like my legs/feet were massaged for 1-2 min total. For the price, I expected a more thorough and relaxing experience. I don’t mind paying $70 for a pedicure if it is good quality, but this was not it. Also they took payment over Zelle. I don’t know if this is normal for nail salons but it felt strange to me.

Nadiah Nix: I have been coming here for about 5 years and they never disappoint! The modern decor and soft music selection always adds such a soothing touch to my service. I typically get my nails done by Tracey who is the Queen of shaping and she always helps you pick the service and color that best suits you. I go to Na for pedicures and when I tell you she is literally a God send?! She takes her time and really gets into the details of your pedicure. She’s gentle and really ensures that you leave feeling refreshed and catered to. Shout out to Na and Tracy and the owners of this establishment I’ll never stop coming! If you’re thinking about visiting this salon, Run don’t walk!

Taytum Brown: This is my favorite place in Temecula to get my nails done. Every nail tech here is amazing and the environment is so pretty and aesthetic. I’ve always loved how my nails come out when I go here. Tammy did an amazing job on this set!

Maddie Y.: Sally was very nice and kind but she did not make my nails look anything like the photo reference. Although my nails looked nice in the end, the photo clearly had two French tips but I got none. It was acrylic extensions but with dip powder even though I asked for gel. They did raise good care of my nails but didn’t do anything with my cuticles. Overall okay experience with very nice technicians but did not get what I asked for.

The Real Rose Greven. REAL ESTATE TEAM: We started with a new gel instead of acrylic because it will last longer and be better for my nails. Tracy works almost everyday and is amazing and Im excited to come back. I love to go the natural route and to try to do something healthier for the nails.

Marissa Adou: Wish I could give Zero Stars. Took my kids there for gel nails on Valentine’s Day. They didn’t even last 3 days before they were chipping off. Day 4 one of the nails peels off. As we sat there getting the nails done another family came in to get girls nails done. The technician pushing gel nails saying they last longer than regular polish. What hoax! Never going back to this salon. $90 for nails to only last 3 days!

robin smith: Been going to TT Nails for almost 2 years now. They are all good. But I love Tina. She knows exactly what I want every time I go. I love the variety of colors they have in dip and how the dip doesnt ruin my nails but makes them stronger. Highly recommend.

However, things took a turn when I politely asked the nail technician to fix a couple of nails where the pattern was noticeably lighter on one hand compared to the other. instead of calmly addressing my concern, he lashed out at me in an aggressive tone, yelling, “Yes, I see!” The experience made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome that I quickly paid in cash and left without even asking for his name or a receipt. I just wanted to get out of there. I’ve never been treated this way at a nail salon, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Leticia Hernandez: Really bad nail tech! Didnt get what I asked and they would get bothered because I would tell them something! I had to go back 2 twice to get them fix and hadnt even been a week! My nails look they need to come off already like its been 2 weeks but it hasnt! My daughters nail came out to $65 and nothing what she asked for her nail came off already and it so easy to get smash on! Not even 2 weeks yet!!!! Never again coming here!!!!
