5 /5 Avianna: Based on reviews I’ve read here I wouldn’t get acrylics done here (even though I don’t have any experience with their acrylics). However, when I went in to get a gel polish pedicure, they did the best job out of any place I’ve ever gone to, and I’ve had my nails done all over the world. The polish stayed on for MONTHS! All I had to do at home was fill in the part where new nail grew in without polish since I live far away and couldn’t go back for touch-ups. The tips never chipped!! And the price was pretty fair, too. The only things I would change about the place are the decor (which is just a personal preference) and offer more eco friendly options (like non-toxic water-based nail polishes for a one-day manicure, for example!). But their pedicure was so good that I’m definitely willing to overlook those things! I will go back!

1 /5 E Smi: Awful! I will never come back here again! My nails are rough, sloppy and hideous! I had a fill and pedicure and both are horrible! I explained my displeasure and all I received was $20 off. Now I have to live with this botch job for weeks! Never again! I regret not getting the name of the nail tech but I can point her out. She also took our payment. I told her what an awful job she did. Her apology was not sincere.

5 /5 misty kent: I’ve know Wendy and the older staff well over 14 years. They work hard to please their customers . I’ve always been treated with kindness and respect. The quality is always exceptional. Clean and sanitary. Prices are fair for the quality of work they preform.

3 /5 Katherine W.: Ive been 3 times for a dip powder manicure & gel polish pedicure. The pedicures have all been great. The first time for the dip was great, it lasted 4 weeks! The 2nd time for dip, it started lifting off after 5 days. The 3rd time it started lifting off after 1 week. They also dont have a lot of options for matching colors when it comes to matching gel and dip.

Amanda: My recent visit to this nail salon left me feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. I came in hoping for a professional and welcoming experience, but from the moment I walked in, it was clear that wasn’t going to happen. One of the staff members was incredibly rude and seemed to go out of her way to be unkind. She stood there watching us without greeting me, which already felt awkward, and her demeanor made me feel unwelcome despite my effort to be polite, friendly, and professional. I’m not someone who looks for trouble, and I always try to approach situations with kindness and understanding. However, it seemed like this staff member was looking for a reason to pick a fight, which created an unnecessarily hostile environment. That’s not what anyone wants when they’re paying for a service and looking to unwind. I will say there was one man working there who answered my questions thoroughly and treated me with respect, and I really appreciated his professionalism. It’s a shame that his efforts were overshadowed by the unkind behavior of his colleague. Overall, this experience was disappointing. Customer service and basic courtesy are so important in creating a welcoming environment, and unfortunately, that was lacking here. I hope this feedback encourages the team to reevaluate how they treat customers moving forward.

Kristen A: I sent my daughter here to get a fill.And she had a couple broken nails.They charged her sixty dollars for the fill and the fill started lifting after six days. When I called them , they did not want to guarantee anything they said they only guarantee nails for 5 days! They said That their product is higher end from other nails salons and there is a high possibility that there product will not ahere well if ,already has product on them. I mentioned to them after calling that they should explain the option and the reasoning for a new set, which they failed to suggest or offer to my daughter because she had a budget. They should of explained this! And did not. My daughter has lost 3 nails and several others started to lift after a week. They did not offer any kind of compensation at all and did not care about reviews. I would avoid. The crazy thing is they said Is it would cost $65 for a new set and we paid $60 for a fill alone with a few broken nails. And $15 for soak off. I would have much rather preferred to spend the twenty dollars ensuring the nails would last minimum 3 weeks than waste my money on nails that didnt hold up. Poor customer service!

Doing nails all day I know it probably is very tiring especially Sometimes when you get customers making unreasonable request. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she created something even better! I went in with my nails looking Very bad and walked out in shock of what she was able to transform, Beautiful nails! Getting nails done by Amy is worth every dollar, and I don’t mind being generous with tipping either She is worth it! The way that she builds the acrylic to your nail and Builds up a natural shape to the style and the quality was amazing! Then you sit there and you get a good personality/conversation and a few laughs. She’s a good lady!
