2 /5 Taylor Made: Bad attitudes work is slipping and too expensive. I dont think these owners and technicians realize you wouldnt be in business if it wasnt for the customers. I think they need to have more appreciation and offer a free design or 2 for thier long standing customers. Or have a customer appreciation day twice a year to let us customers know we are appreciated.
