While they were very friendly and able to accommodate me on the same day for an appointment. when I arrived I indicated that I want to dip powder with chrome polish. unfortunately, the technician did not have the experience and after repeatedly and very firmly requesting a second person, I sat down a different station to fix what was happening. I also requested that they clean the additional powder around my nail bed and I was told that it would wash off. I took the attached photos this morning and you can see that it does not look like a professional did my nails. I was charged full price, including an additional $5 for cuticle trim (note, that three of nails are bloody for this) and $15 charge for the chrome. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.
Serenity Nails and Spa - Salinas Rosie Ramos: Norma is knowledgeable and passionate about her work. She is welcoming to all of her clients and super talented . Her space is always clean and neat.
Happy nails - Salinas angel: I love coming here. Great, friendly & professional people! I love how they do my nailsā¦no clumps, do many designs, are always gentle, they pay attention to detail & know their craft. It was my first time ever getting a pedicure done by someone else & I loved it. Traveling from 30 min away is worth it because of the service & reasonable prices :)
Dolly Nails & Spa - Salinas Sonia Carranza: Got an eyebrow wax here, lady was super aggressive and kind of rude and she tried to charge me for a service I never asked for. I went in there only trying to get my eyebrows done, however she offered me a nose blackhead removal, I replied with no thatās okay maybe another day, however she still did it. Thinking it was an extra free service she did to be nice I was fine with it, however upon paying she tried charging me $30. Plus she also cut under my eyebrow after finishing up with a razor.
Elegant 7 Nails&spa - Salinas Bianca Cobarrubias: I went 9 days ago to get a gel manicure and the nail polish started coming off from a nail the next day. Now, three of my nails are like that. The lady who did them seemed to be in a rush.
On a positive note, the place is very clean, spacious and nice.
