5 /5 sally irving: The team at Village Auto Repair has taken great care of our two cars over the past 12 years – maintenance on new cars as well as 25-year old BMW, from oil changes to new tires. Always greeted warmly by the staff and always drove away happy. But it was most recently when our aging BMW needed big care that we learned just how extraordinary Dave and the team are. Service well above and beyond my already high expectations. Cannot say enough about happy I am with my “just like new” car. A loyal customer.

1 /5 Liam Brown: Very disappointing! Recently got 4 tires put on a Tesla at this establishment, spent over $2,300+. Over $230 of that was labor which comes around to be $50 PER tire. It took them two full days to put the tires on my car and upon picking the car up I noticed there was a VERY large amount of grease still on the rims and tire that was getting slung around the wheel as well as even a little bit on the paint. I would think for the premium I paid I would receive premium services? No. I also made a note to the salesperson (ginger male) to keep two of the tires and put them in the car as they were still good (one of them better than the other) one of them was brand new and nearly a $350 tire. To my disappointment the tires were not in my vehicle and I have no clue where they are. I have received far better service at cheap Mexican tire shops who charge around $10-15 a tire opposed to $50!! at least they don’t leave your wheel full of grease.

2 /5 MG: They really USED TO BE fantastic shop. Im not sure what happened, but they have declined significantly. The last two times that we brought a car there were very disappointing. They tried to charge my mother-in-law double the full retail price for a power steering pump. When I called them out on it, the first guy that I spoke to tried to justify it. I finally got in touch with the manager and he admitted that it was twice the price that it should have been. And then the next time, which will be the last, they scared my older mother-in-law enough about driving her 73,000 mile car telling her that her brakes would fail if she didnt change the brake fluid. And they made other claims as preposterous. I specifically spoke with them about doing something like this before she brought the car in to them. They assured me that she would be cared for properly and they wouldnt pull this kind of crap. But nope. Thats exactly what they did. They scared her enough that she never drove the car again. SHAME ON THEM!!

5 /5 Stephen: Cannot recommend this company enough. Got a flat tire in a company van and they were able to quickly repair it for a great price. They got me back on the road and were all very friendly. Highly recommend them if you need work done.
