First Congregational Church of Palo Alto - Palo Alto Lauren: Im a celiac who has worked on staff at this church for a few years now. At a certain point I wanted to take communion but there were no safe options for gluten-free people. I spoke with the communion organizers and now they offer gluten free crackers and grape juice whenever communion happens! I educated them on the concept of cross-contact, and they were very attentive about it, so I definitely feel safe here.
