1 /5 Robert Magaw: I went here during a difficult time in my life and let them know that I was in treatment recovering from substance dependence and had lost everything. They lead me to believe that they would bill my insurance at the current time and bill me for the copayments which I could pay a little bit later once I completed treatment. After seeing me multiple times putting me through painful tests, they canceled my last appointment which was to go over the results of all of those previous tests. They did this in a very humiliating fashion in front of other patients, even though they knew before they scheduled this appointment that I would have no way to pay any copay as I havent been able to at all up to this point and that I still had three weeks of treatment to complete.

5 /5 Linda Gray: Lucky to have found a urologist that shows great compassion & makes the information to be shared easy for us to understand. Husbands surgery was handled superbly. Office staff, Sally & Katsia were an awesome team & helped us get thru the difficulties we experienced. Thank you all.

5 /5 EA: Dr. Fareed is someone who I would trust to guide me in any issues involving my kidneys. He took the time to explain my issues to me in detail, describing what my ailment was compared to the different degrees of ailments possible, and the likely outcomes of various treatment options. He is very personable, patient, knowledgeable, and kind. I do not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing help with kidney issues.

5 /5 Soliman George: I have been with two other urologist before , I was treated badly from their staff. I asked my insurance to refer me to dr. Fareed and I was amazed how nice they are in the front desk , they are very understanding, co-operative and friendly . Dr Fareed listened and care about all the details regarding my problem which is also something rare nowadays .. while they are very busy Dr Fareed thanked me for choosing this clinic. Thank you Dr Fareed , nurse and everyone helped on the phone or in the front desk.
