Smile Dental - Bakersfield Carmen A.: Made an appointment for my elderly mom. We arrived early on a rainy Wednesday. The receptionist in front were scarce when we arrived and we had to wait just to receive paperwork from the irritated receptionist. Filled everything completely, then sat and waited and waited while everyone who came in after us was called. Mom has IBS, so took her to use their restroom, which was filthy. Made me wonder about their back office cleanliness. After an hour of waiting and never being called or told why there was a significant delay, we left. Wish I could send them a bill for my time and efforts. My elderly mom was not pleased with the extensive wait, especially since we arrived early. Never going back due to lack of consideration for our time.
South H Dental - Bakersfield gloria corona: They suck. They have these signs up saying they accept walk ins but its all a lie. They are lazy as well. They close at later times and close like 3-4 hours early. Its insane. Dont recommend.

They were wonderful with my two children—friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Even though its a small office, the team made us feel welcome and well cared for.
My son has some craniofacial issues, and they not only handled his dental care with expertise but also guided me on the right referrals and next steps, which was especially helpful since we just moved to Bakersfield. Both of my children had a pleasant visit, and we will definitely continue coming here. Highly recommend!

JUST FOR KIDS - Bakersfield Treicy Lara Sanchez: I had gone to 3 dentistry in the past 9 years and this place is where I feel the most comfortable bringing in my kids. The front office staff are super friendly and kind. They attend you as soon as you come in and easy to talk to. The waiting time is usually not bad. The most I’ve waited in the waiting room would be no more than 30 minutes on a busy day. The orthodontics and his assistants are really comforting to the parents and the child being seen. They are gentle and make my child comfortable with the treatment they are going to work on. I highly recommend this place for your babies. If your looking for comfort and great service for your babies teeth wellbeing.
