1 /5 D. None: I want to specifically call out Dr. Montemayor and Dr. Kelly. I went to Dr. Montemayor and told her that I needed an ultrasound that included my appendix. She acknowledged this and proceeded to place an order that didnt include my appendix. This is after the first doctor Dr. Kelly failed to order a comprehensive ultrasound when I told her I had side pain. Then when I asked for a Cologuard test she doesnt give them my insurance information, so it doesnt ship. When I asked for a saline sonogram, Dr. Kelly couldnt manage to order that correctly either. Then when I complained to patient relations last week that nobody had gotten back to me on the incorrect ultrasound and sent Dr. M a message, no one still got back to me. Shame on UC Davis and shame on these two doctors - who dont give a shit when youre in pain. Note to anyone reading this. You need to report them to the medical board to get them to respond to messages. I plan on doing that.

5 /5 Nicole Heiney: Had to find a new dr-they moved on to greener pastures. This office was fantastic! The wait was short, the documentation well designed. You could fill out much of it at home and upload a photo of your insurance card. Dr was thorough and staff helpful in answering my newbie questions on future scheduling and expectations. Blood draws are done on site without apts once the order is in. Super happy to be a patient here!

1 /5 Christian: Awful awful awful It’s always a run around here , tired of making appointments weeks out to get the same response and told weeks for tests to get the same result so I can wait another year before im referred to get surgery. I went to the ER in Sacramento after leaving an appointment here and received better service and got in and out with tests done in under 2 hours. UC Davis is folsom is a joke. And I’m tired of lack of care. Being told to wait till next month for an ultra sound while having serious symptoms at the appointment made for an ultrasound is unreasonable. I said I needed an ultrasound when I made the appointment to be seen and was told what I already knew and that “I would need an ultrasound” . I’m done with my care here. And I suggest you don’t go here for care

1 /5 Ms B: Doctor did not instill any confidence in her abilities. Did not listen to me. After giving me the flu shot and not feeling well she offered me water but didnt actually ever get it. She seemed flustered. After this appointment she then thought 2 months out for a physical was standard. Why wait 2 months after establishing care. I would never entrust her with my health if she can not even handle a flu shot reaction. I have had terrible experiences with the ucd system as a whole this past few months. Its really sad. It used to be amazing. I also finally took time for myself after a couple of years of not making myself a priority and this discourages me.

5 /5 J W: Dropped in for blood draw/labs one day and had a short wait time, everything went smoothly, staff were professional and friendly. Second visit was a month later for a scheduled vaccination, everything was professional and friendly then as well. No issues with this office at this time.
