3 /5 Tyler Ann Sands aka Sister Gramps: Nice place, very open area, free parking. My friend appt.checkin was what we thought good, but a lady at desk did not communicate to the other check in area that we were there and that lady left. Sat for 30 min. Until I had to say something.

1 /5 Shanil Narayan: I spent about 3 months trying to get an appointment in for sleep medicine, every-time they asked for my insurance authorization and gave me a fax number. And every time I would have it sent over. After 3 months they actually received it and said that I would be contacted by the provider for scheduling. Never heard anything for 2 weeks so K just decided to find a different clinic that actually cared. Maybe the actual provider could’ve have been good but based off my entire experience with communicating with this clinic I’ll give 1 star. I’d recommend going elsewhere for your medical needs.

1 /5 Grace Etoile: The provider took a call from her dentist during my appointment! As an RN I had heard nothing but terrible things about Dignity and Im here to say from the patient side that its as bad as they say. Waited 4 months for an appointment only to find out that the doctors here wont prescribe medications Ive been taking for years, or care for very basic medical needs, all of which have been managed solely by other primary care doctors. Supposedly all due to policies set by Dignity. Save your time and your health, go anywhere else.

1 /5 Sandra Maldonado: The receptionist in Urology and Gastroenterology in Woodland Ca . is super rude she’s not welcoming at all, she was discussing personal matters with co workers like when was lunch,food, and saying what is the mouth for.. being loud and not professional. Yes the lobby was empty when I arrived and I was the only patient waiting , then other patients arrive and she was careless. she is representing dignity, that’s a shame!

1 /5 M B: I blame this hospital for my mothers death. For a year, she kept going in, telling them that she had such bad pain that she couldnt eat. They kept sending her home, telling her it was all due to a hernia that she had. Wouldnt even take the time to check it out. None of her symptoms could be explained by a simple hiatal hernia. Turns out she had cancer. By the time they eventually bothered to look, it was already stage 4. It was already in her brain. By that time she was so bad, she needed a feeding tube. While cutting her open to put in the tube, they left a plastic bag inside of her. The experience destroyed her. Any sense of hope she had was gone. She called me multiple times, pleading with me to let her come home. When finally home, I saw what they had done to her. The multiple wounds on her stomach from the botched surgeries looked like something out of a horror film. Her mental state was grim. Nobody could talk her into going back for treatment. She chose to die at home rather than spend another minute in this hospital. One star doesnt begin to express my feelings about the incompetence of this hospital. Edit: Ive slightly modified the language in my review after receiving a threatening email from Yelp implying that I may be sued by this hospital. If only I could leave negative stars.
