5 /5 Eden: Amazing church! The fellowship before and after the service will always hold a special place in my heart, it seems like a rarity in this day and age. The love for one another is truly genuine whether you are a member or not. The pastor and his wife and the elders and their wives are some of the most hospitable, humble, wise, devoted, thoughtful, faithful, and generous couples Ive ever met! I am truly blessed to be apart of this community. I also love how the church is full of people who care about good doctrine, who have differing views from one another on certain things and yet can have healthy discussions without dividing on the Gospel, which is absolutely central to our Christian faith and we can find unity there. If you are wondering what Trinitys church style is like, its quite honestly hard for me to fully describe. It is definitely Bible based, we go verse by verse through Scripture, we call and repeat Scripture, and we sing Scripture songs. We are mixture of old fashion liturgy and have some more contemporary but deeply rich music intertwined in the service. Something unique and cool about our church is that children worship together with the adults, seems people are often surprised by this. We also have communion every Sunday and also read different creeds and catechisms together like The Apostles Creed and The Heidelberg Catechism... We kneel on our knees and repent for both personal and nation wide sins. We pray for different ministries, local and worldwide churches, healing for those who are suffering from illnesses and/or physical issues, for the safety of first responders, for faithful families, strength and wisdom for mothers and fathers in the church, job provision, salvation, and so on so forth together as a church body. Overall, the services have a very thoughtful order and structure to them, they are conviction led, Scripture based, and musical.
