Pixi: Newhall Park has a little bit of everything. I especially love the playground as it has 2 play structures, one for smaller kids and one for bigger kids, and its fenced in. There are 2 soccer fields, restrooms, bocci ball courts, a pond, a creek, and lots of walking trails. It is the perfect place to get some exercise and tire out the little ones. There are picnic tables, trees for shade, and friendly geese (friendly in the sense that they didnt attack my toddler who chased them). All in all, its a big and clean park and one of our favorites.
Yesh: Beautiful and Peaceful place.
This newly built temple is a stunning blend of traditional architecture and modern design. Its bright, well-lit interior with large windows creates a serene atmosphere with ample natural light during the day.
The temple is well-maintained, and the volunteers are helpful and organized.
However, parking can be limited during big events, though street parking is an option.
Overall, a wonderful place for prayer and community gatherings.
David Smart: A great playground for the little guys, I don’t feel like there are many significant drops for the toddlers to fall through, and there’s a corral specifically for the 2-5 age group.
Park could use some work on the bathrooms, but otherwise feels like a safe place.
Thomas Joseph Perez: Had a great hike here. The hills are so green during spring. The trails can be very muddy after a rainy day so be prepared. A lot of the trails are easy and wide. Most of the park lacks any shade so bring a good amount of water during a hot day.
Janeen Milliken: Great park for kids and families with plenty of picnic tables and BBQs. There is a pay pool and tennis courts. And large grassy areas to hang out in .
