Catherine Prak: The younger lady who cut my hair is rude and chopped off 12 inches of my hair when I asked for a trim. BEWARE. My sister, my mom and I used to come here every time we’d pass through Long Beach but the experience is never that great. It was just convenient. Now we know that we won’t be coming back ever again.
