1 /5 Mari Cruz: Unprofessional. When I walked in, two women were working. One was talking to a relative who was there, and the other was on their phone. I told them I would like my hair cut and didnt know which one of the ladies was going to cut my hair, so I stood standing for 5 minutes. I should have walked out. The woman who was looking on her phone stated that she would cut my hair finally. I saw two kids in the waiting area but assumed they were relative. One was a girl and the other a high school age looking guy. The guy was an actual customer who had been waiting to get their hair cut while the woman finished talking. While we got a hair cut, another older gentleman walked in while they wanted a hair cut. The woman told the customer the man who the hair of guys was not there. The man asked her if she could cut his hair, and since she knew what she was doing, considering the person in her chair was a guy also. She reluctantly agreed too and told the man to sit down. I can not believe how the lack of customer service they had.
