David Date: Came in with a trailer light electrical issue. The problem was initially isolated to the brake controller. Diagnostics and new brake controller totaled $371. Ouch! I then went to trailer 2,000 lb of steel, and none of the lights worked. Dangerous! I brought it back in the same day, and the tail light converter was shot. Diagnostics and new converter, $189. I complained that the car was given back to me as fixed and tested. They offered a 10% discount. I could have had an entirely new system installed for less than the two separate repairs. Deeply disappointed in Osuna.

Katherine Rivera: Ghetto place found cigarette butts in my car. After we had it serviced, we dont smoke. Never have then they charge 3% service fee for using a debit card. They should tell you this up front. If you dont pay cash, were gonna charge you more. Ive never been charged for using my debit card.
