The previous nail salon employees were so kind and so unbelievably good with their work. While this staff is so sweet as well unfortunately I will not be returning. I got my nails done 10 days ago and they immediately began chipping 2 days later but I never had time or patience to get it fixed.
Mind you I got Dip. Every single time have gotten dip with the previous staff members of Venus Nails Spa.. my nails still looked perfect but outgrown after 2-3 WEEKS! Not 2-3 days!!
I am ONLY giving 3 stars because my pedicure was good and the staff was so nice. However my appointment was for 9:30am.. by 10:50 they still hadn’t began dipping my nails. I had to tell nail tech he still had left some of my nails on and I had to ASK him to soak my previous nails off. That is unsanitary to just build over old nail. I had an appointment close by at 11 and I had no choice but to leave and come back. So it took about 2 hours in total for regular dip nails that didn’t even last 2 days. I’m so disappointed but most importantly please don’t be deceived by these reviews. The reviews are NOT for this nail salon. The previous owners with quality work are now located on Main St. in Orange and their new salon is QT Nails and Spa do not be deceived!
Bloom nail arts & spa - Orange Anne Hua: I had a great experience the first time with Kim. However, Ive been booked with Ken the next 2 times and he always has excuses for not doing the nails right. I asked for a see through White base. I mean, a nail tech should at least know how to paint gel evenly. When I point it out, Ken claims is impossible to paint even with only one layer with this gel. Eventhough When I showed him the picture of what I wanted he said okay. Either he lack skill or just the ability to find the right product. However, nothing about "oh we actually dont have the shade you want " or "no I cant make it like the picture" is said prior, but once you have sat down for an hour and he starts painting your nails. I end up just getting Chrome to coverup the uneven streaks on my nails. Not only he cant paint evenly, i get these texture bumps all over my nails, which never once happened at other nail salons. To add on, he can never get the gel-X to be straight, its always crooked on my finger. The last picture is what I asked for.
HERBAL NAILS & SPA - Orange Ambar Plascencia: Ive came twice here and have left feeling 100% satisfied every time. Tim pays attention to detail and is very nice. Love his work. Ivy is so sweet and friendly and gives amazing pedicures. I plan on continuing to come back. Its worth the drive out from Corona! Its not the salons, its the nail techs and the people that make all the difference. Super cute energy and welcoming vibe.
Glamor Nails and Spa - Anaheim, CA - Anaheim Mari Guayara: This is so far my favorite nail salon. Service is great, people is always nice and helpful and everyone works really good ! From Pinterest to your hands, they can do whatever you want and it turns out excellent. Jackie has been my nail artist for about 2 years, I always feel disappointed when I travel and I have to go other places and my nails don’t look as good as he does
O Happy Nails - Anaheim Amanda Surman: Went on an afternoon and it was quiet and they took me right away. I’m pretty picky about my nails but this was one of my favorite manicures I’ve gotten! The attention to detail was great!
Gems Nails & Spa - Orange Crystal Hernandez: Went with Kim. LOVE my nails. She matched the base to my skin gone perfectly without it being overly pink. Perfect shape and design. Favorite spot!
Classic Nails and Head Spa - Anaheim Nathalia Jubran: There is always someone ready to do your nails. The girls are very good and do a similar job so theres no need of picking only one person!! They offer a fidelity card where you get $10 off after a couple times you go!! I really like this place!
Elegance Nail Spa - Anaheim Victoria Acosta: The ladies that work here are so sweet and kind. They are very detailed in their work and have great customer service. Their design work is great!
Happy Nails & Spa of Canyon Plaza - Anaheim Robbins Mike (Adventures With Mike): EDIT— only a couple days after I had a pedicure here, I started experiencing severe pain in my toenails. Turns out, they were cut too short and curved causing ingrown toenails.
Fantastic service from Kim and Jenny! Wonderful!! Can’t wait to come back!
Lily Nails & Spa - Anaheim RescueK9s: Nail salon inside a small complex on the corner of Nohl Ranch Rd x Serrano Ave. Pretty weepy plaza other than a dance studio. Plenty of parking available via the shared plaza parking lot.
Found this spot and its become my go-to place for about a year. Just be upfront and triple confirm pricing before services as Ive had issues before. Also, pay in cash to save an extra $1 fee they add onto CC charges!
