1 /5 Anne Hua: I had a great experience the first time with Kim. However, Ive been booked with Ken the next 2 times and he always has excuses for not doing the nails right. I asked for a see through White base. I mean, a nail tech should at least know how to paint gel evenly. When I point it out, Ken claims is impossible to paint even with only one layer with this gel. Eventhough When I showed him the picture of what I wanted he said okay. Either he lack skill or just the ability to find the right product. However, nothing about "oh we actually dont have the shade you want " or "no I cant make it like the picture" is said prior, but once you have sat down for an hour and he starts painting your nails. I end up just getting Chrome to coverup the uneven streaks on my nails. Not only he cant paint evenly, i get these texture bumps all over my nails, which never once happened at other nail salons. To add on, he can never get the gel-X to be straight, its always crooked on my finger. The last picture is what I asked for.
