Elissa Tashman I walked in this Nail shop around my area and i will absolutely be coming back here again . Right away when i came to the shop i was greeted and treated respectfully with a nice welcoming as a first time customer . Chi who did my toes and included 2 acrylic nails ( the big toe only ) and since i have been insecure about my feet , many other nail shops have chosen to decline me or want extra money from me for my tiny toes . Chi is incredibly honest and i love her for that , telling me that the big toe is the one that pops out the most and the rest of my toes are fine . Overtime sitting around Johnny who is incredibly amazing always catered to my need asking if i needed any drinks . And when it came to me asking if i should add gold and silver on top of my flower gem and he was honest and gave me the best i could ask for. Love it here and will for sure be coming again ❤️

Alias Iskey This place is very awesome. The moment we walked in, Johnny gave us a very warm welcome. We were greeted again by Chi (pedicure) and given our seat. Soon Tammy came and greeted us (manicure). My wife asked if they can do what she wanted. They both happily obliged with no pressure or questions. And can I just say how obsessed I am with my nails? The attention to detail - she triple checked that each nail matched in length and if it was the tiniest bit off, she went back in with the file! Some places are so rough with real nails, but not Bao! My nails are so healthy, strong, and long. Natalie always finds time to fit me in their schedule. They are great and so nice. Love it!

Mahshid Rezapour DO. NOT. GO. HERE!! I went there twice. Each time they did what THEY wanted with the shape and length of my nails and not what I wanted. They also would add extra fees—so it was a kind of bait and switch. They said the full set would be a certain price when I walked in, and when paid they increased it by about ten dollars. Both times, after a couple of days one of my acrylic nails fell off. Each time I was there, they would try to get me to buy other services. After the second time that a nail fell off a couple of days after getting them done, I cancelled my next appointment and they somehow still had me on their books and thought it was acceptable to text me once and call me twice at 9am on the weekend. I was sleeping and my phone was on DND so their first call went to voicemail. They had the audacity to call again—like literally harassing me. Needless to say, I will never go back. And I would highly recommend that you don’t either.

Anne Hua I had a great experience the first time with Kim. However, Ive been booked with Ken the next 2 times and he always has excuses for not doing the nails right. I asked for a see through White base. I mean, a nail tech should at least know how to paint gel evenly. When I point it out, Ken claims is impossible to paint even with only one layer with this gel. Eventhough When I showed him the picture of what I wanted he said okay. Either he lack skill or just the ability to find the right product. However, nothing about "oh we actually dont have the shade you want " or "no I cant make it like the picture" is said prior, but once you have sat down for an hour and he starts painting your nails. I end up just getting Chrome to coverup the uneven streaks on my nails. Not only he cant paint evenly, i get these texture bumps all over my nails, which never once happened at other nail salons. To add on, he can never get the gel-X to be straight, its always crooked on my finger. The last picture is what I asked for.

He did my gel builder fill and color all within 30 minutes. This process at other locations would take up to an hour. The outcome was gorgeous and impeccable. I am impressed for my first visit. OC Living Ive been going to Kim and Ken for my manicures and pedicures for many years. They are the only people I let touch my nails! My nails are thin and sensitive and they are very gentle, provide excellent care, and quality work. Ken is fast and precise. My nails last a minimum of 3 weeks. Normally 4-5. They do amazing work and care about their clients

Adriana Avila Update: The nails peel off the very next day after they fixed them. I think the quality of their nail polish is not good enough. I give them a 3 stars rating. Original: I went to get my nails done. I asked for gel manicure. However, it started peeling off after only two days. I went back to get them fixed, and they did it. It was fast and did not charge extra. I give them a 5 stars because of their customer service.

They’re all fabulous. They’re willing to help each other out, and can give some amazing massages. I always want to take a nap. lol. It’s safe to say I will be coming back for more years to come. luz huerta I went to get my nails done on Saturday. They did dip clear and gave me a really nice color, but I only had to wait until Saturday because on Sunday, the tips were very unpainted. My nails are mine, and they cut them very unevenly, and they didnt take the time to file them. The service was very friendly but the work was horrible.

Lily Reyes I’ve been a regular for a year now and Hailey is my go to girl. She will tell you which color or idea looks good. The amount of detail she’s able to do is great. I forget to take photos but she’s done 6 out of the 7 photos I posted. I normally get gel x short round nails, I’ve gotten short square nails once. They normally last a solid month for me. The store is always clean, they always have music playing. They recently got new chairs which make the place look fancier.

Melissa Blain They did a great job! I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure with three gel x nails to fix my natural nails that broke off plus the two cinnamoroll charms. It was $90 all together, which is a really good price for everything they did. The quality is great, and it only took a little over an hour. Overall amazing, quick service with a reasonable price! It was my first time here, and I’ll definitely be coming back ☺️

I have tried countless nail salons in the area, never seeming to find the right place where my nails were consistent, long-lasting, and with the sweetest staff…. Until I found Glossy Nails. Every single time I get a fill or full set, they are always the best quality nails I have ever gotten. The staff here, absolutely warm my heart and are so inviting. I often will go a full 4 weeks before getting a fill and yet, my nails never crack, split, or anything of that sort. The staff always greet me with the sweetest smile and the best customer service. Renea Fontes My appointment was set for 10 am, I arrived at 10 and wasn’t greeted for a few minutes. They were not prepared for me and I waited 20-30 minutes for another worker to show up. Another customer walked in with the same issue but didn’t wait like me. They recommended the clear dip and then gel color so I tried it.. two days later my nails are chipping and they don’t look as nice as regular dip. Pedi water was cold. I wouldn’t return. I was surprised because the reviews are good.

D C only 18/184 reviews are for this establishment PLEASE be aware somehow this company has all the reviews for the previous nail salon that was here. The previous nail salon employees were so kind and so unbelievably good with their work. While this staff is so sweet as well unfortunately I will not be returning. I got my nails done 10 days ago and they immediately began chipping 2 days later but I never had time or patience to get it fixed. Mind you I got Dip. Every single time have gotten dip with the previous staff members of Venus Nails Spa.. my nails still looked perfect but outgrown after 2-3 WEEKS! Not 2-3 days!! I am ONLY giving 3 stars because my pedicure was good and the staff was so nice. However my appointment was for 9:30am.. by 10:50 they still hadn’t began dipping my nails. I had to tell nail tech he still had left some of my nails on and I had to ASK him to soak my previous nails off. That is unsanitary to just build over old nail. I had an appointment close by at 11 and I had no choice but to leave and come back. So it took about 2 hours in total for regular dip nails that didn’t even last 2 days. I’m so disappointed but most importantly please don’t be deceived by these reviews. The reviews are NOT for this nail salon. The previous owners with quality work are now located on Main St. in Orange and their new salon is QT Nails and Spa do not be deceived!

Priscilla Gibbs I was really disappointed with my experience here. I found them on Instagram and loved their designs, so I sent over a picture of what I wanted. They assured me they could do it, but when I got there, the technician didnt know how to execute my design, so I had to settle for something else. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it was disappointing since I drove 30 minutes out of my way after work to get there. I had a full set of acrylics done, and unfortunately, they started lifting the next day and completely came off within the first week. Im also unsure if these reviews are real because while the designs look amazing, the work I got was really disappointing.

F G EDIT: now, Ive vouched for this place since it opened. They paid attention to detail and everything was always great. With my laat 2 visits, I have come to notice that things are changing. Im not sure if its because the owner isnt and anymore (havent seen him in a while) or its just a lot for the 2 man show going on. The last time I went I made an appt online (always do) and the earliest they had was 10am. I booked and was there on time. I got there and no one was there, ai checked google and it said they open at q0:30 (weird considering their website has appts at 10 and Im sure they get notified) so I waited, might as well, I was already there. Well 1030 came around and no one, I waited 45 minutes past my appt and no one showed up. I was pretty upset and went home. I decided to call around 1115 because I really needed my nails done for an event but nothing. They didnt get there until Maybe 1130, ok no worries. I asked if I Im still good to go since my appt was at 10 they said yea, ok cool, Ill be there. No apology or anything, whatever I just need my nails done. I noticed the nail lady was mixing something (I got gel x) I thought that was odd because you just need glue right? She didnt prep my nails right, cuticles were not trimmed all the way. When she was putting the glue I noticed it was VERY runny. It was on my skin (again weird, those chemicals should not be on your skin at all. Then they turned yellow when she put my nails in the UV. I asked if that was normal, because NEVER has that happened before. She said it was fine. Now, I might find them another chance since Ive been a loyal customer since opening. I dont think Ill be going again, everything just seemed odd this time around and I dont want to risk them putting things on my nails that shouldnt be. Go at your own risk Such an amazing little nail shop. They only have 2 nail ladies but they are both amazing at their jobs. They take their time, pay attention to detail, I definitely recommend an appointment for this reason. Will be making this my go to shop forever. They are still great! Same two ladies, I recommend making an appt, since it is only 2 of them. They make the nail art you happen. The colors they have are all sk pretty too

Brittany Smith I’m sad to make this review given that I’ve been a loyal customer to the salon and have also given them referrals in the past. The nail techs I’ve had here are usually kind and gentle. However, the older woman who did the majority of my gel X soak off yesterday was very rough, abrassive, and negligent with my service. I came in for a walk-in appointment to have a gel x soak off done around 2 PM And I didn’t leave the salon until 4 PM. They informed me that the prior nail tech responsible for my service Put my gel tips on incorrectly. However, I don’t think it should take upwards 2 hours for a removal. I never wear extensions on my nails and got gel x for a special occasion so I wanted to make sure that the extensions were safely removed because I often wear my natural nails. The salon had a dust collector on hand that wasn’t used at all during my removal process. No hot water was given to assist with speeding the soak off process, and I had my bear skin sitting in acetone without any cuticle oil for protection for over two hours. She put acetone in a shallow plastic bag with cotton balls and covered it with a lukewarm washcloth that got cold very quickly. I suppose in a failed attempt to insulate the bag. After about 30 minutes, she added more acetone to the bag, and placed it inside a stainless steel bowl and covered my hands with the same cold wet towel. As the process continued she would add more acetone to the already diluted and murky acetone that my hands had been sitting in for over an hour. Rarely checking in on me while she serviced other clients. I informed her multiple times that all I wanted was a soak off, (No additional shaping or manicure service) but she didn’t listen to me and urged me to at least remove my cuticle to make it look better. I let her proceed with the cuticle removal, but told her that I did not want a manicure. Which I could tell she was upset and complained to her coworker about. She rushed my service towards the end, and chose to file my nail bed excessively to the point of being painful even though I told her not to rush and that I had time to soak them off completely because I did not want my nail beds to become damaged. She told me that the service was finished, and finally put cuticle oil on at the end of my service. You could still see that there was visibly a lot of gel left on my nail, which I informed her about. So as a result, she decided to use a very abrasive electric file which wound up scratching the surface of my natural nail significantly (as pictured). I stressed that I had enough time to sit & properly do the service. But I know for a fact that I could’ve been handled with more care and consideration, than this. I will no longer be returning to this salon, and wouldn’t recommend going for gel x removal.

Jenice Marquez I was so excited to try this place out but unfortunately it was a bad first impression. The pedi was absolutely great! But I got the deluxe mani (press on gel nails) and after 3 days of having them and doing the bare minimum I’ve had 2 nails fall off already… for paying so much for them I would’ve wished for better results. The staff were incredibly kind and sweet though.

Sinavaimoa Vaeila I am traveling from Arizona to Anaheim Ca for my nieces wedding and I really needed a pedicure and manicure done so I called on the way and Tiffany was so awesome that she waited and called me if I found the place alright. Due to traffic I was running late like an hour and half. I finally made it and they were so welcoming that they took care of me. Mary did my pedicure and Tiffany did my nails. Awesome job love how the ladies work and my nails and toes came out pretty and awesome. Thank you so much. It was a pleasure meeting you guys.

Luz Arredondo Rose is always the best! Works fast but does a great job. She’s great at making sure the nails are being done right! She also does my eyebrows and she’s always great at it! Super friendly service! Nice cozy location!
