1 /5 Eric Yang: Shady business practices. Was quoted $38 for a tire rotation and a free normal 5k interval inspection but then I get there and they say its $80. The receipt also said they would top of fluids which at the VERY least means they fill the washer fluid. I checked after and they did not. Scam.

5 /5 Tom Keller: Fantastic customer service! 2020 Rav4 had the Engine Maintenance Required See Dealer P268115 code which is the coolant bypass valve. They ran a diagnostic, gave me a quote and then told me there was a Toyota service bulletin 24TE04 that this part has an extended warranty, take it to them itll probably be free. Saved me over $600! Now that is customer service! Thanks

1 /5 KM: We were quoted $2,700+ for break repairs on our 4Runner. They had a shopping list of items that they said need replacing. The breaks felt fine when driving. There was no shuttering, no squeaking, no other noises. Went to a break specialist that quoted 430$ worth of repairs. These people should be a shamed. They are causing financial hardships to people that are trusting them. Do not go to them. They are not trustworthy or honorable. They are criminals. My vehicles will never be at their shop ever again.

I brought my 2017 Tacoma in for its 100k maintenance and the shop did an incredible job for a very fair price that was way below what the dealership wanted. Marc at the front desk and Paul, the mechanic who worked on my truck were both top notch and made the whole process a great experience. 10/10 would bring my truck back to them any day.

Bryan Miller: Took my old Toyota in cause the check engine light kept coming on and it was running rough. I’m not too car-smart but they explained everything in simple terms and didn’t try to scare me with a huge list of problems like some other shops I’ve been to. They figured out it was just a bad sensor and got it replaced the same day. Honest pricing, no pressure, and the car’s been running smooth ever since. I liked that they didn’t make me feel dumb for asking questions. Only thing is the waiting area could use a bit of cleaning but that’s not a big deal. At least they got the job done right and quick. It’s hard finding good trustworthy mechanics nowdays, so I’m glad I found these guys. Will def bring my car back if I need more work.

Brandon M. Coldiron: Honestly, I could complain about the misgivings and issues we had asking the way. But none of those are really Tims fault. I came into his shop via tow truck on a Sunday and he was closed but answered the phone and got the gate unlocked so the tow could drop off the car. Next day, we find out we need a new motor, okay great no problem we kind of expected that. We told him to fix it, go ahead and put a used motor in it. This is where the problems started. The first motor he received was very rusty and heavily corroded and therefore he correctly sent it back to the supplier. 2nd motor comes in and its installed in about 3 days. This motor proceeded to run great for 30 miles and then the car started having issues again. Brought it back to Tim and they tried to fix it but on the text drive the motor failed and threw a rod. It needs yet another motor, Tim ordered another one and had it installed in 10 days. Awesome problems solved right? Wrong... We noticed the new motor was leaking coolant 3 days after we picked it up. I took a video of the leak and brought it back to Tim. At this point Tim diagnosed it as a leaking water pump and replaced it. This man only charged us $4500 for a motor with labor and he absolutely did not make any money off of us due the issues that we experienced with the motors he got from his supplier, but he never once turned us away and he always honored his warranty. He always answers the phone and even though this was a bad situation for all parties involved we are happy to say Tim treated us right and was a man of his word. Thank you for your integrity Tim.

Phelan Riessen: I went to FTS due to a suspension issue. They took the time to find a manufacturer that had the product since none of the dealers had it in stock at the time. I’ll be honest, I was a bit of a problem customer and unbeknownst to me at the time there was an underlying issue that was caused by the previous repair shop. These guys handled it professionally as best as they could considering the situation. Five stars and I would definitely recommend using FTS to anyone that needs auto repair. Thank you!
