I am very vague on how I like my hair and like low maintenance care; she totally understood and gave me suggestions and I let her do what she wanted. My highlights turned out wonderful (who knew an ash caramel color would work on black hair?!), and my cut is still great 5 months later. I literally will fly to Cali to see her, I trust her with my hair that much.
