5 /5 Bryce Morgan: Dr. Sternberg truly is the best at treating pilonidal disease. After two years and two prior failed operations from general surgeons, I had surgery with Dr. Sternberg and am healed and have returned to traveling and exercise just a few weeks after my operation. I feel like I have my life back and cannot thank him and his team enough. If you are looking for an end to this horrible disease, please do not look anywhere else. I traveled from out of state and I wish I had known about the cleft lift sooner!

Like so many of the other patients in the reviews, I spent a considerable amount of time in pain following an initial failed operation to remove my pilonidal cyst. The wound site reopened and it would not heal no matter what I tried (hyperbaric chamber, wound clinic, high protein diet, etc.). Just when I thought my situation was hopeless and incurable (these feelings augmented upon hearing the pessimistic opinion of the wound clinic doctor), I found the Sternberg clinic. From the first consultation to the follow-ups proceeding the cleft lift he performed, Dr. Sternberg could not have been more caring, considerate, and communicative. Dr. Sternberg made me feel like I was his number one priority, and regularly checked in on my healing progress and answer any questions I had. His office staff were also some of the kindest people I have ever met. I am now two months post-operation and I am able to resume all normal activities. Given the state I was in just two months ago, I didnt think this would be possible in such a relatively short period of time. If you are suffering from pilonidal disease, GO TO THE STERNBERG CLINIC.
