3 /5 Shirley Romero: Came to the Nails Nook because it was recommended from friends that go to the Lodi location. I have been there twice already, and Im sharing my experience. First, experience went in for Pedi and Gel Mani - at walking they are very attentive and offer you complimentary drinks. Inside of location is very nice and clean. Ladies are very nice and pleasant. My technician for Pedi was nice but I thought overall Pedi could had been a lot better. Lady that did my mani at the same time poked my nail real hard and bled just a bit. Second time came back and wanted to try the gel builder mani- process took 2:30 hours from start to finish, not sure if that is typical but didnt seem right to me - but then again it was my first time. Gel polish was removed easily- no dipping necessary. Overall, the gentleman managed to get me in within 15 mins of a brief call, technician are nice and would recommend to others. I most likely will come back as I like the ambiance but perhaps get a more experienced technician. Gel builder with French tips was 60. They do have like a point system that you can check in and gets points for discount.
