Thankfully she was able to fit me in for an emergency appointment. I advise making appointments in advance because her exceptional talent keeps her busy and in high demand. I have thick, coily, natural hair and typically warn beauticians it is not for the faint of heart. This did not phase her. She took her time gently washing and detangling my natural hair. My Havana twist were beautifully done.

I got my hair done at 11am and my event was at 7pm, I was worried that my hair would hold up but Shamsi reassured me and did a wonderful job of making that happen. Not only did she wash and blow out my hair beautiful, Shamsi herself was extremely welcoming, kind, and light handed. She made sure I was comfortable and that everything was to my liking. I highly recommend Shamsi if you want your blowout to be voluminous, bouncy, and lasting all day!
