1 /5 Lisa Bryth: Went to this shop twice. The first time was a couple of years ago with Mai and she did an OK job for my shoulder length bob style, but not great. I went back 3 months ago, didnt ask for anyone specific. It happened they had a traveling hair stylist whom came to this location once or twice a week. He was fine, but I couldnt remember his name. I called today and Mai picked up (I could tell it was Mai because she has an accent). I told her I could have anyone for a haircut. She told me to "hold on", then went on her chatting with someone in the background for at least 10 minutes. Eventually I had to hang up. I called back few times the next hour or so, the phone was still busy. Couldnt find a more rude person. Not going back.
