I’ve been going to the salon for years and I’ve never had a bad experience. I always come away feeling like a new person. I love the way she colors, cuts, and styles my hair. And the wash house experience is off the charts. I highly recommend without any hesitation!
Liv Ro Salon - San Diego Emily McGovern: If youre a professional working female who cares about your overall look, Helena is your hair guru! Walking into Liv Ro I immediately felt at home. From the music, to the lighting, to the beverages, Helena makes getting your hair cut a relaxing spa getaway. I had some understanding of what I wanted and she knew all the right questions to ask to deliver exactly what I liked!!! Will be back ASAP!
Portfolio Hair salon - San Diego Matthew Wirth: Highly recommend! Judy is a fantastic person and an expert at cutting hair. Going in, I had a general idea for what I wanted. Judy was able to turn my idea into a reality. This haircut is the best I have had.
Additionally, hanging out with Judy was the highlight of my day. Id go back just for her conversation and kindness.
Salon on 30th - San Diego Brianna: My haircut was great, but I had an extremely poor experience with my balayage. I requested a dark mushroom/cool toned brown and did NOT get that at all (pics shown of what I was given). I went back several times hoping she would be able to fix it but she never got it right. I stopped going back after the third or fourth time and several hundred dollars later. Not only that, but the stylist, Kassie, forgot who I was and talked crap about me, TO ME. I mentioned personal things in a previous appointment because she asked about it, and then in the next appointment she forgot who I was and said I was crazy, TO ME. When I called her out on it she said, "oh sorry I forgot who you were." Her haircut was good but would not recommend her other services. I went to a different salon and was able to get the exact style I wanted right away.
LET YOUR HAIR DOWN - San Diego Ryann Grenevitch: Alisa had been making my hair beautiful for 25 years. We began using extensions two years ago, and I will never go without. The installs are quick and easy and Alisa is extremely knowledgeable about the process and care. Love everything ♥️
Hair Studio 72 - San Diego Esmeralda Doyle: The salon is very clean and super cute. Liz has been cutting my hair for almost 1 year. She is a great hair stylish and price is super fair! I highly recommend her.
Lighthouse Salon Inc - San Diego cindy mclaurin: Ive been going to the Lighthouse for several years and am always very happy with the services I receive from my stylist, Scott. Hes expert with coloring, highlighting, and cutting. Hes also very personable and listens to my concerns and comments. Highly recommend Scott!

Gloss the Salon - San Diego Rachel Zager: This was my first time getting my hair dyed as an adult and my first professional haircut in a while—Danielle exceeded all my expectations! She took the time to truly listen to what I wanted and carefully reviewed all my reference images. I appreciated her attention to detail and how patient she was throughout the process. As someone who isn’t very talkative, I really enjoyed the comfortable and easygoing atmosphere she created. I’m beyond happy with my subtle blonde highlights, which blend beautifully with my dark hair and tan Asian complexion for a natural look. Highly recommend!
Salotto & Blowdry - San Diego Tina Douglas: After COVID, I decided to embrace my curls and stop using a flat iron to straighten it. So I decided to look for someone that specialized in cutting curly hair... And but what a difference! Sometimes I walk out of there looking like I just got a perm! My curls have never looked hair nor have they ever looked better!! Love, love, love my curls and cut now! I wont go back!
